During our whole time of coaching, we'll set bench marks for you so you can measure successes along the way. This allows you to clearly measure results as they happen.

The Coaching Process
1. Schedule Coaching Call
Choose a day and time and pay for your appointment ahead of time. I will send you an email confirming your coaching session.
2. Attend Coaching
We can meet either in person or over Zoom. On this call we'll clarify your goals, a plan of action and decide on whether extra coaching is needed in the future.
