Pricing per appointment is based on different lengths of time. Whether you need 30 minutes or 90 minutes, this allows you to pay only for the amount of time in your session.

I'd love to gift your first coaching session for you! There is no obligation to continue coaching if you prefer not to. This is a time for us to get to know each other, clarify your goals and determine what a plan of action could look like. And it's free!

The Coaching Process

1. Schedule Coaching Call
Choose a day and time and pay for your appointment ahead of time. I will send you an email confirming your coaching session.

2. Attend Coaching
We can meet either in person or over Zoom. On this call we'll clarify your goals, a plan of action and decide on whether extra coaching is needed in the future.
