1. Confidentiality
All personal information shared by the Client during the coaching process is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. The Coach will not disclose any information to third parties without the Client’s explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law. This may include situations where the Client shares information about intent to harm themselves or others, or where the Coach is legally obligated to report specific situations to authorities (e.g., abuse or criminal activity).
2. Non-Therapeutic Nature of Life Coaching
Life coaching is a collaborative process designed to assist the Client in achieving personal goals, gaining clarity, and fostering personal development. It is important to note that life coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition or physical illness.
If the Client is experiencing any mental health or physical health concerns, the Coach may recommend that the Client seek the services of a licensed healthcare professional (e.g., therapist, psychiatrist, doctor). The Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to seek professional medical advice where appropriate.
3. Non-Advisory Nature of Coaching
The information, feedback, or perspectives shared by the Coach during the life coaching sessions are based on the Coach’s personal experience and understanding. They are not intended to be professional advice or guidance in legal, financial, medical, or other specialized areas. The Client understands that all insights provided are for personal development purposes only and are not guaranteed to result in specific outcomes.
4. Client Responsibility
The Client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from the coaching sessions. The Coach will facilitate the process by asking powerful questions and providing guidance, but the Client is ultimately responsible for the implementation and execution of any actions discussed during sessions.
5. Professional Referrals
Should the Coach determine that the Client's concerns extend beyond the scope of life coaching (e.g., medical, psychological, or legal issues), the Coach reserves the right to refer the Client to an appropriate professional. Life coaching is not a substitute for professional advice in specialized areas.
6. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are required to provide [insert timeframe, e.g., 24-48 hours] notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Cancellations made without appropriate notice may result in a forfeited session fee, at the discretion of the Coach.
7. Payment Terms
Fees for coaching sessions will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of the coaching relationship. Payment is due in advance of each session or in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice. If services are terminated by the Client, any unused prepaid sessions may be refunded at the discretion of the Coach.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Client agrees that the Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the life coaching services. The Client understands that the coaching services are provided without any guarantees of outcomes or results.
10. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By engaging in life coaching services with Isaac Cano Coaching, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The Client also understands that these terms may be subject to periodic updates, and it is their responsibility to review them.
