Workshop Itinerary

  1. Arrival at location of workshop 20 minutes prior
I will arrive at the location you choose to host the workshop at 20 minutes before it starts. This allows me time to set up my laptop with the presentation slides, troubleshoot any potential issues and be available for questions if you have any.

  2. Welcome and Introduction
My goal is to respect your time, so I will be starting promptly on time. I start each workshop by welcoming your attendees, inviting them to introduce themselves and ask what they do at the company. I will then provide a brief outline of what we'll be talking about and how it applies to their roles and projects.

  3. Presentation
I will spend the next part of our time carefully and clearly sharing the principles of the subject, the results the attendees can expect when applying these principles, and a plan of action for implementing these ideas into their roles.

  4. Q&A Time and dismissal
After the presentation, I always open it up to a time of questions from the attendees. This is a great opportunity to help each person discover how a principle or idea can be applied to their specific team or project. If no one has a lot of questions, I usually like to ask my own set of questions to the attendees to help them open up and get conversations going. After this Q&A time, I will thank everyone for attending and dismiss the workshop.
