Average Spend of a Client: $260.00/month

This break down is based on one client book four weekly sessions per month at $65 per session.

One referral = $52.00/month PAYOUT

Based on a 20% commission for four sessions scheduled by the client

Three referrals = $156.00/month PAYOUT

Based on a 20% commission for four sessions scheduled by the clients

Ten referrals = $520.00/month PAYOUT

Based on a 20% commission for four sessions scheduled by the clients

2. Receiving a W-9 Form
Once I receive your 1099-NEC form, I will provide you a W9 form for your records.
